Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park, located at 1200 Crandon Boulevard in Key Biscayne, Florida, is a popular tourist attraction and park. During peak times, there will be no entry for vehicles, pedestrians, or bicyclists. Shelter rentals and new annual passes must be done Monday through Friday at the ranger station entrance.
