"My old mountain bike stopped working, the rear wheel wouldn’t move. I took the bike here b/c of the reviews online and those reviews were right. Ryan solved the problem (the wheel had accidentally been disconnected from the bike), he made sure the chain was lubricated so it stopped skipping, fixed the kickstand, AND then said it was all at no cost!! WOW! This shop truly cares about the people that come in. I said it was an old bike and not fancy and he said something like, “that’s okay as long as you’re out there, riding, and enjoying it, that’s all that matters.” I will come here if/when I get a flat tire, need supplies, etc. Thrilled to find a local bike shop where they treat you well and care."
"I purchased my Cannondale from the Boynton Beach location during the height of Covid, when bikes in my price range were pretty scarce. I explained to Ryan what I was looking for and he told me that he would notify me if anything came in. To my surprise he called a couple weeks later and told me he had the perfect bike for me. He was right! It was exactly what I was looking for, and was extremely grateful for him keeping me in mind. Since then I have had the bike in for routine service, and again Ryan made sure I was taken care of. Excellent customer service all around!"
