"Nice store in and out fast. Very helpful staff"
"Terrible store !! After stopping on a different shoe store and buy some shoe cleaner we decided to go to champs to get some shoes . We were carrying the shoe cleaner on our hand . Wile we were asking for sizes . Some guy that I believe was the manager start asking questions if we pay for the product we said yes and he argued because they dit not remember us paying for it at his store (remember we are shopping at the moment not even leaving the store ) and why was not on a plastic bag . Pretty much accusing us about stealing the product from them . We show him the receipt from the other store and that was the end of the history. But it’s different ways to approach this situation. Not wile we still on there store shopping. We decide to walk away and the employees only laugh about it . Good thing it’s that the shopping mall have more stores to get shoes for a family of 6 . And with more professional and respectful employee."

"Horrible service 4 people on the floor and no urge to provide any customer service .. my husband was requesting a shoe in size and the sales rep handed him the shoe back and said “this is the size; you could try this one .. he didn’t attempt to take the stuff out of the sample .. untie the shoelaces so he could try on the shoe .. meanwhile there just standing around talking .. in addition we stopped in before and I noticed a Drink spilled on the floor because I stepped in I told two associates you have something spilled on the floor needless to say no one cleaned It the just went right to there spot to continue their conversation.. We will not be going back to CHAMPS .. At the boynton mall"
