"Took e-bike to these guys for installation of Tannus tire inserts. Was told ‘no problem’. A few days later called and told me they couldn’t do it because need reduced sized tubes. OK, can you order some and do it? Sure! No problem! Then ghosted me. Took to another shop and done in couple hours. These guys over promise and under deliver."

"I can’t understand where those good reviews coming from! Just because he is closest to our house bike repair shop, I gave him a few changes, but each time always was something wrong when he was fixing our bikes, I don’t even want go to the details! Besides that ,the guy( I guess owner) has horrible personality! But the last drop was, when after he fixed my 10 years old child a bike, and I guess he didn’t tied the Screw good on the handle, and I am glad I was the first one to try this bike, not my child, I almost Fell off the bike badly, just after leaving my driveway"
