"I think it's wild that you would tell me to wait 5min for my food to come out, and when I do..... my food is cold? What sense does that make? I only chose yall, because it was something different, since any one who lives in this area knows our options are practically nothing. I should have kept it the same cuz at least at hooks I know the food will be hot when served. Next time my man suggests here I will strongly oppose, I like my food fresh, not sitting around. Here is also a photo of the amount of ice you get in your large lemonade. I was literally shocked when it was done. Considering the price."

"Food is amazing, we go there almost every day to order food, the only problem that I ran into has been the girls behind the counter so far. There's only one girl back there that actually takes her job seriously, and one guy, the other girls back there I've seen them talking amongst each other about their nails or personal problems or even fighting with the cook in the back, and it doesn't make for good customer service. They also give dirty looks if you're waiting in an empty restaurant for your food, and don't get me started with the way that they look at children. I'm beginning to think that these girls might need a course in customer service, or learning how to smile and greet people properly. Otherwise I can definitely say that their food is worth the visit. You are going to be waiting a while if you do not put in your order beforehand, but it is worth the wait. Compliments to the people who take their time to cook food in the back, even if it's stressful as hell and compliments to the two front people who actually take their job seriously. If I get their names, Im name dropping them for their good customer service."

"By far one of the worst customer service experiences I've had all year! First off it took me forever to get here cause I Uber'd their breakfast to me when it was chefsforner and they continuously deny that they've ever had two locations, so I had to call somebody who worked their before just to find out chef pats is the same breakfast from chefs corner, and that the chefs corner location was shut down. Then I finally order... place my order at 9:21... was told that it'd be ready in 20-25 minutes only to get there at 9:56 and the cashier not know who I am or what order I'm talking about. Then she proceeds to act as if she found the order, and take my money. Tells me after I pay that it's gonna be 15 minutes, which basically means they never put my order in. If I told you I called 30 minutes ago why would you not tell me I have to wait another 15 BEFORE taking my money. Good thing I paid cash so a refund was immediate, but the manager comes out to do the refund with an attitude as if I'm inconveniencing them! Nobody cared at all for my time wasted. Great food at this place, but the customer service here is exactly why people have a hard time supporting black owned business. This experience turned what would've easily been a repeat customer into a guy that will never be back Edit: Being called aggressive and gaslit for being upset that my order wasn’t done in 40 minutes and was told to wait another 15 when I was told it would only take 25 is crazy. Even the response to my review shows how the owners operate here. They don’t care for their customers time or how they feel. Sad"

"The food was terrible i got a breaded chicken salad and the meat was hard and look dried up so nasty.The wanna pudding tasted mushy I’m really disappointed because 2 years ago this was my favorite spot."
