"The Front Desk clerk Shayla was awesome. She was very welcoming and the hotel lobby smelled nice and fresh. Shayla was personable and helpful in sharing info about the local attractions. Next trip we will try the Duplin Winery. The only reason I couldn’t give 5 stars is that the shower floor wasn’t clean. Instead of reporting it we just used towels on the flooring. Shayla was very responsive to our requests and we didn’t want to complain. An example of her responsiveness was how quickly she brought us a remote when the one in our room was missing. Shayla deserves a raise. She is a great company representative. We will definitely return to this location."

"Stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks it was comfortable and would stay again if needed. We did not have an upgraded room but the amount of space was good for a couple to move around. The breakfast was better than I thought there is a hot food area where they had from egg omelets to sausage muffins. There was a waffle maker, fruit and muffins available."

"Upon arrival we were early. The front desk clerk still proceeded to check us in(nice of her). I do not remember her name:(... Get to the room unwind, and began to relax before heading out on the town. While laying in bed, I and our youngest son noticed 2 small red-like bugs moving on the bed we were laying in. I immediately contacted the front desk to make them aware. Although, the clerk tried to reassure me that the hotel has never had a problem with bedbugs. I was very aware of what I just seen and recorded. Housekeeping and a Manager came out to check. The both of them were very nice about the situation and offered us another room while in the midst took our blankets and ran them thru an industrial dryer to kill any bugs if there were any on the kids blanket. I picked "Hilton Hotels" because I've always had great experiences. With the room change we took it too not be a pain in the butt and to enjoy our family vacation. Just be aware guys. that no matter how clean or nice a hotel maybe, some of the ppl that visit aren't and we still have to do our due diligence."

"The AGM was very welcoming and provided us with excellent customer service! The Hotel was very clean and smelled very clean when I arrived. The room were very clean as well. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back to this location every chance I get! Even the house keeping Guy who worked the fourth floor that Sunday morning was very accommodating as well. I wish I remembered his name."
