"Great food, drinks, service, and decoration with unfortunate big negatives. 4 is to exclude the storage design. Menu had limited descriptions, but fully detailed online. There is a door, which seems to be storage/prep station right in the middle of the indoor seating with a very bright halogen overhead bulb that blinds you when opened. The staff constantly had to walk through the dinning room with boxes and prepped items to get to the kitchen. Music started with house jazz then went to typical Latino songs, that switched when there was a staff change. It seems more of a place for the staff than for the dinners. A large group of guys also went around, that I am guessing was to prep for Gasparilla. When we got the check, the prices were't true, with additional 30-70 cents per item, not a big deal but odd. Did we eat too early by leaving at 7? Either way, management needs to set some standards, otherwise won't be around long with the options around at their price."

"Overpriced small portions, limited seating, and few options. The lighting was so dark I had to use my phone's flashlight to read the menu. The menu options were extremely odd and hard to choose from. It took us about 30 minutes to decide on a meal. Drinks, are insanely expensive. 10$ for a mocktail was a surprise. Sodas are just over $4.00 ea, bottle beer was just over $7.00 each. There was more outdoor seating than inside. The drinking glasses were dirty upon arrival. The server was polite and food was quickly delivered, but we will not be returning. The restrooms are spacious, unisex and not well kept. No soap in the restrooms, and the latch on the door isn't well secured. This place isn't bad, but just be prepared to spend a lot of money, plus the cost of the parking garage nearby or an Uber. Not sure where you would park otherwise. We were told the fire lady would be there by 9:30pm, we left just before 10 and she wasn't there yet. Bring your patience with you when you come."

"Santos was a letdown, to be honest. We reserved a table for a chilly Saturday night in January, expecting the cool vibes from their IG posts. Turns out, the reservation fine print hit us with a $150 charge if we tried to bail. Thought we'd get a sweet indoor spot for that price, but nope – we were stuck outside with no heaters. Waited an hour for the food, and when it finally showed up, it was missing the basic flavor party. I got the steak tacos, the meat was overly chewy and lacked salt. We got 2 drinks each around a $50 value. They were decent. Checked inside, and surprise, surprise, there were only a handful of tables. Definitely not the spot for a crew of six. Overall, it's like a catfish – looks so great online, but reality hits different. Where’s the music!? Shoutout to our server, though – he's the real MVP. Hope he lands a gig at a livelier/tastier joint. Gave it a 2/10."

"Great experience, even though it's kind of small. They do have outdoor seating. Unfortunately it was raining so inside it was. The DJ played good music, and the drinks were phenomenal. My girls and I have already planned to go back when it's sunny out."
