"I want to thank agent Sondra Hanson from Insurance Resources for saving my Citizens Property Insurance account! Last summer I received a notice from Citizens that my policy was nonrenewable due to not having full flood insurance coverage. I informed my previous Insurance agent from another company about this matter, and also that I thought my home value estimate was too high. That agent told me I could not lower my estimate with Citizens (which is false), and he never got back with me to help with the flood insurance issue. Sondra immediately began working on my case and achieved great results! She was able to reduce the estimated value of my house by $73,000.00 which saved me $722.00 on my Citizens premium.
