"I'm beyond disappointed with my experience at Salon West Clearwater. I've been coming to the different Salon West branches for years, but after this experience I can't say that I will ever return or recommend them to anyone. I scheduled an appointment for a cut and color and every aspect of my hair was completely botched. My haircut ended up looking nothing like my reference picture or what I asked my stylist for; I even pointed out that parts didn't look right during the cut, which the stylist then barely tweaked and then moved on from. In reference to the dye job, I asked to go a bit closer to my natural color so that my hair wouldn't look as odd for grow out (my hair was currently dyed a dark brown and I wanted to transition back to a medium brown) and it came out AWFUL. By the time I got home and was able to look in the mirror I noticed my hair had about 4 separate colors in it, and was left nearly in tears. I'm shocked that the stylist saw the result of her dye job and didn't do anything to correct it. I spent $177 to get my hair completely destroyed and had to schedule an appointment with another salon the fix the mistakes Salon West made, and the new salon was able to give me exactly what I had asked for the first time. I have no desire to ever return and I'm beyond frustrated by the poor results and money wasted at this salon."
