"I have been here (Kendall location) several times. The owners have always been nice enough to greet me, the nail services are decent; but I am giving it 2 stars because I have done some waxing and facial services which have always been horrible. I always get burned or cut, They (the aesthetician) never asks preliminary questions,, she always rushes through the work, and doesnt provide any aftercare treatments or advice. It's honestly so amateur. Don't waste your money OR time with those services."
"Excellent massage by Alicia. Perfect pressure and kept to the 50 minutes of massage time. My 3-day headache is gone. Thank you for listening and pinpointing needed areas in addition to the regular massage. Relaxed atmosphere. Thin walls so staff needs to be aware of noise for massages in session."
