"My wife went there tonight. 11/9/23 for highlights. very disappointed they started at 6:15 and finished at almost 10 pm they didn't even blow dry her hair. she had to leave with wet hair because it was almost closing time. all the time there was no teacher supervision of what the student was doing. last time she will go to this school. NOTE: We spoke to James the manager he said to come back Friday and he will make it right. we are very grateful for his understanding about this issue."

"I’ve been to Paul Mitchell a few times for some services but this is the first time where my stylist (Claudia) went above and beyond my expectations. She asked me if I had a special occasion, heard me out and over exceeded my expectations! Throughout the whole appointment she was also giving me tips on how to continue maintaining my hair at home!
