"There isn't enough time to tell you why or how much I love Izzo Hair. First, I look like a movie star... when I first met Steve Izzo, my hair was in very bad shape... damaged and unmanageable. I arrived looking like an electrified poodle and left with an amazing head of perfectly colored, cut and styled hair. Steve worked very hard for months and months to repair the damage to my hair, and he succeeded. All at very a reasonable price, by the way. Yes, it may be a little more than people are used to spending in this geographic area, but ... seriously? Worth it. Fast forward a couple of years ... a visit to Izzo Hair leaves me feeling beautiful inside and out. Lots of laughs, lots of fun... lots of amazing talent spent on little ol' me... I leave feeling and looking like a million dollars. This place is the Ritz for hair... and I AM someone who has had her hair done in NYC and Miami. (I challenge those stylists to bring it to Izzo Hair!) Look... there are LOTS and lots of salons here in Pensacola. Steve is a true professional and trains professionals and INSISTS on perfection. If you want a cheap haircut, there are plenty of options... if you want to look like a movie star without leaving Pensacola, see Steve ... see anyone at Izzo Hair (just don't take my appointment time). Bring your love, bring your smiles, bring your wild side and bring your trust... carte blanche is what I give Steve and I leave even more beautiful every time. Truly an amazing experience, for my outside and my inside."

"LOVE LOVE LOVE this salon! Everyone is so nice (not stuffy like some I've been to) and is very relaxing. My stylist is Jorgie! I followed her from another salon in Navarre. It's about an extra 30 minute drive for me but well worth it. Thank you Jorgie for always making me feel beautiful!!"

"Not impressed AT ALL . Everything I asked the stylist not to do , she did . Everything I asked her to do , she ignored . I asked for and inch AT MOST to be trimmed off of my hair , and she cut off 6 inches !! I gave her another chance to redo my hair after screwing it up , and she did the bare minimum and made it look worse . AND ON TOP OF THAT made me pay after her AND THE OWNER told me she would redo my hair for free. The prices are ridiculous for the quality of the stylist and the products and they switch up how much you pay whenever they like . I was told one price but when I checked out it was WAY more than I was told . All of my color washed out after two washes . Very friendly , gives snacks and drinks .. but that's the ONLY good thing I experienced about this place . I WILL NOT be returning ."

"Beware. I've been going to Izzo for 5 years. My stylist was not available today so with a tight schedule I booked a different one. To my surprise when I went to pay, I was advised the new stylist set her own rates so my $30 haircut was $45 today. The receptionist advised that the owner does not set prices but the stylist do. He apparently has no control of prices. She advised I picked the stylist, not her. Unfortunate because I've had good experience here till today. Doubt I'll return. Make sure you ask what the price is before you get surprised."
