"Unfortunately this is probably my last visit to this minute clinic. My last visit was pretty bad and today was a nightmare. First time and last time I will ever deal with Danelle Parker. She was rude and didn’t seem to want to try to be helpful at all. I’ve been a customer of this CVS since 2018 but the lack of customer service here has finally pushed my family and I away!"

"I was wary of going to this place because of the poor reviews but was so pleasantly surprised at the affordable cost and efficiency of this place. I needed antibiotics for a simple infection and Denelle was efficient, thorough, and quick. I scheduled an appt in the morning online, checked in 15 minutes before and was seen on time for my appt (which I read several reviews that said they waited forever and is unfortunate). One thing I noticed is that this is not an urgent care, emergency room, or doctors office. If you have something urgent or even slightly serious, go to urgent care and if you want a "how is your day" conversation, go to a doctors office. This is a 15 minute appt to figure out simple issues and works wonderfully for that purpose. I have highly recommended this great alternative to the ER or urgent care to my friends."

"Easy check in at Kiosk. This wait time was less than 30 minutes, one time needed go back for appt time. Which was so happy find a place see me in same day. I've been to Gulf Breeze CVS minute Clinic twice over a year time & had great confidence in the doctors I've seen there. They were concerned about me as a patient"

"1 star is too many for this. I cannot give the Dr and/or nurse a review because I did not get past the front desk. If they are any reflection of her, this place is a complete dump. We were desperate to have our 2 yr old seen and arrived 45 minutes prior to closing. She would not get her in to see the Dr and basically shut the window on us. I’m assuming she had met her “number.” They were not very compassionate to our crying baby, which gives me reason to believe patient care is NOT their top priority. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else."

"Worst experience ever! Showed up 30 minutes before clinic even opened up with two people in front of us. Came for simple flu shots, so were the other two people. Clinic opened at 830, we are still sitting here and it’s 10:15!! What takes so long to do simple flu shots? And on top of that the health care provider is probably one of the rudest most unfriendliness employees I’ve ever seen in this CVS. All other employees here are so great. Will not be back anytime soon if I can help it! Do yourself a favor...go somewhere else. So update...after getting called back! The health care provider was actually pretty nice I have to admit. I think she was just overwhelmed with the crazy amount of computer/paperwork she had to do. She was very informative and quick (but in a good way). I’m sure she was doing her best, the wait was just ridiculous! They need to get her some help!"
