"We enjoyed our stay very much here at the Palms. Good location. The staff was always attentive and friendly. Excellent access to the bike path that runs the whole length of Miami Beach all the way down to the South pier. Renting bikes is very convenient and affordable. We had breakfast here twice. The service was very good. The one issue is the amount of birds that fly around the tables, during breakfast, and up on the chairs. We would definitely come back here for another visit. We did enjoy it very much."

"Beautiful place!!! Amazing service, food, and good amenities. Only thing is the rooms are a little small with two full size beds. Two queens would be ideal, but the rooms were nice for the most part. Definitely a great option in Miami Beach."

"I stayed at this hotel with a friend but also did a couple of nights solo. The facilities are all fantastic, the food and drink offerings at the bar and restaurant are excellent and the people working at the hotel are exceptional, kind and treat all interactions with care. I especially enjoyed the easy beach access, the heated pool (which is big enough to swim laps) the tropical gardens filled with wildlife and birds, the restaurants and bar patios overlooking the gardens, and the poolside dining. I didn't have a chance to try the spa but that looked good too, and their pricing seemed more reasonable than other spas in the area. I had a great ocean view from the room but the windows were very dirty from sea spray and you can't open the windows so that obscured the beauty and point of a sea view a bit and that's my only complaint about the hotel. There is construction near the hotel so I wouldn't get a city view because that faces the construction and will be noisy. All the staff were amazing, the hotel is super clean, everyone greets you with big smiles, and everyone from the turndown service staff to the pool towel attendants are so gracious, super attentive and make sure you have everything you need to feel pampered and comfortable. I would like to make a special mention of all the front desk staff, Ana at the gift shop, Alessandro the bellman, as well as huge thank you to Elizabet and Leonardo at breakfast service. They all made my stay extra special! They went the extra mile and made The Palms a memorable hotel for me. I will visit again."

"Here for a wedding. Was pleasantly surprised how nice the hotel is. Very beautiful and the service was excellent. Our ocean front king room was very comfortable, clean and beautiful views. The robes are a plus very soft too. Pool area gets busy but plenty of chairs. Pool bar is wonderful and access to beach with chair service too. We had a brunch before we left the hotel and the restaurant manager Boudewign made our experience extra special. He was went out of his way to ensure we were happy. Our server Anna was awesome too. Overall this hotel exceeded our expectations and will be sure to return."

"Searched around for a high end affordable spot in mid beach. The Palms was perfect! Rooms were comfortable and clean and just modern enough. Restaurant was out favorite dinner and the breakfast is great. Every service person we interacted with was warm and friendly. This resort has a tranquil and environmentally conscious ethos that we loved. The subtle sis l like aroma throughout the hotel was a bonus! Highly recommend!"
