"Been here three times walked out every time the workers play and talk to each other instead of making what I order I wait anywhere between 20 to 30 minutes even when they slow. The manager that was there saw me in a few people waiting to order for over 15 minutes and didn’t say anything. It’s young black kids that are working there in the stuff they talk about is very inappropriate while people are waiting to order. this is a ghetto one. Don’t go here. I’ve already called the district manager for that store just recently.."

My favorite is not on the menu but that’s ok they will always make it Everything bagel, cream cheese, bacon, tomatoes, onion and capers Every time I had the chance to come here this lady is always here and she makes sure you are having a good day starting with your food and not just her every person working here."
"To the owner Franchise / Cooperation This store needs a lot of help, why we don't keep up stores up to the standards. This store is absolutely dirty , look at the A/C vents' right on top of registers, customer service absolutely RUDE, Bathroom disgusting dirty. I was very concerned about drinking my iced coffee. They keep the coffee out of the refrigerator. I threw it out . The lady manager saw me taking pictures. And was talking about me with the cashier. Owner, please do not reply to my review. We're not planning on coming back. P.s. Forgot to mention the tips jar that they have on top of the counter. How dare you asking for tips !!!!!"
"Super busy location but worth the wait 100% . The staff are super friendly and you can tell they care about their customers. Best caramel macchiato and excellent garden fresh bagel with egg white."
