"DO YOUR RESEARCH! Friendly and make you feel like family when it comes to getting your money. But they expect you to be the professional when it comes to installing and buying the products at their store even when they recommend it for your vehicle. Went in to fix a noise, and they stated i needed a new radio. THEY chose what they said was best for my vehicle. After seeing the job (as pictured) i was more than disappointed. They told me this is what aftermarket radio installation looked like and that i shouldnt be upset. After having 2 other shops look at the job that was done, they confirmed my suspicion that this was not done PROFESSIONALLY! I spoke with Nelson who assured me they would fix the issues, as they had also disconnected my back up sensors and steering wheel functions. When i brought the car in for a 4th time i asked for the owner and Nelson got upset. He stated that i didnt need to speak to an owner if he was there and was mad that i wasnt happy with the original installation and said i should have KNOWN that aftermarket radios look like that once installed. I told them that i would not have paid $740 if I knew my vehicle would be left with less functional options and the appearance it was left in. They then installed another radio without my knowledge or consent that was less than the original one i paid for and pretty much suggested that it was my fault for not knowing about aftermarket installation. So im left with a microphone sticking out so i can make Bluetooth calls, no back up sensors and pieces of the the dash not aligning and being open due to them not installing things correctly. I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau and will be taking them to court for installing less than what i paid for. Make sure to record all transactions and phone calls as i have done, just in case you choose to do business here!"
