"So I was desperate and agreed to the ridiculous $150 service charge to come and take a look at my fridge, technician went and told me the obvious my freezer was low on refrigerant, than preceeded to tell me it need it basically $3,400 worth of work, asked how much was just to recharge it he said about $300 and even said it wasn't worth since it had a leak somewhere in the system but didn't know where. Called a friend who works in air conditioning, he dropped by and recharge the system with a $8 can from the auto store, freezer is working like new again. Save your money and find someone else."

"I called and spoke with Marla and told her my subzero was not working on the refrigerator side. She told me she would have someone call me and She had Nate call me. He came immediately he did a professional job I was so very impressed I can’t recommend them more highly I would like to update my review yesterday August 17, 2022 Bill came to my home to check my subzero I was having an issue with the freezer. I was most impressed he did such an excellent thorough job and once again I must say I can highly recommend HR appliance service subzero service in Aventura"

"Our technician, Nate, came out exactly on time and quickly informed us of the specific issues with our fridge. We needed a part and he initially said it would be a little less than a week because he would have to order it, BUT he was going to try and get it sent in sooner. Awesomely enough, Nate was able to come back the NEXT DAY with the part! Yay! When Nate came back, he found out that we actually needed to replace two parts (no fault of his own at this realization, we thought that a specific fan would do it's job but it wasn't working with us). So, Nate was kind enough to do an hours worth of driving around town to pick up this extra part and get our fridge up and running that same day. On top of the efficient and courteous service, Nate was kind and had a very welcoming nature -- it was a pleasure to have him around! I definitely recommend Nate and his services at HR Appliance."
