Geek Squad

"The Geek Squad is horrible. They contracted with me to come to my home to perform a service today. They never showed up and then they had the nerve to bill my credit card for a service that they failed to perform. It took 11 phone calls to their overseas call center to finally get them to remove the false charge on my credit card. I would Never use their services again. They were referred to me by Best Buy which also had terrible customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves. Zero Stars."

"I have appointment Yesterday for my iphone 7 plus replace battery , geek squad tell me if they open my phone and change battery and after the phone is not turn on they are not responsible!! This is crazy, what service is that?? I don’t know how this company do business? How can be part of Best Buy ? Maybe the technicians need more training? I am very disappointed!! After waiting 1 week for the appointment , really bad experience ."

"Worst service ever. DO NOT PURCHASE! After spending $200 for the service and being promised a no pain replacement if anything went wrong it was everything but! Spent hours on the phone with them to get a replacement charger for my Microsoft Surface and after a week and a half I have still not received the part nor have an update on when it's coming. If you plan on calling their tech support don't waste your time. They are useless and the calls drop all the time after waiting for hours. Again DO NOT PURCHASE this product. I recommend you buy the item directly from the manufacturer and get their extended warranty."

"Geek Repair appears as one of the possibilities of Apple Care. Following my experience, it is better to forget this possibility. After 11 days of bringing them the Ipad and paying the $ 52 corresponding to my apple care, Today I continued without any notification an I went to the Best Buy customer service and they did not want to attend me even though they are "costumer service", so I went to geek repair again, who was kind enough to give me the Apple phone number so that they could ask them directly. This is obviously the last time that I use Apple Care at Best Buy."
