"I went a few days ago and had an awful experience with the bartender named heather. She was on her phone ignoring me most of the visit had an attitude upon me asking any questions. Was given my drink and as she handed it to me she had her finger inside the glass touching my drink which is very unsanitary. When I asked to speak to her manager she refused and said “I am the manager if you don’t like my service you can leave” all around worst customer service from her. Granted I was visiting family at the time thankfully will never have to deal with her again."
"Stopped in for an early dinner on a Tuesday . The parking area was half full. The restaurant is your average Applebee's. Our waiter wasn't very happy , he was efficient and professional. Not a smile to be found."
"Enjoyed dinner here while in town. Came in and we were immediately seated. Drinks and refills were never an issue and food was great. Service was great. Incredible overall and glad we went in to eat."
"We called and no one answered the phone for over five minutes so my Husband went down to the restaurant to order our food. We ordered the 2 for $25 which was supposed to "include" the appetizer so we ordered onion rings as appetizer. I also got a coleslaw. The food was less than appetizing @ $30. When he went to pay. The bartender said we had to pay extra for the onion rings although we assumed that was included as the appetizer. My Husband and I both worked managing restaurants for years so we understand the business. We'd like to speak with a Manager not someone claiming to be a manager."
"Went for lunch with co-workers. Ordered from the lunch menu. I ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup and others had fish tacos. The food was very and tasty. The server was excellent. My only small complaint was that $11 seems high for a lunch of soup and sandwich. Many other restaurants in the area have just as good lunch for about half. But all in all it was a nice time."
