"We had the best New Year' s Eve celebration in January 13th, 2024 when we randomly walked into the restaurant on a Saturday evening. We suddenly found ourselves among the local Uzbek community that was celebrating their New Year's Eve with live music, happy dances and lots of food. Not only the Uzbek kitchen is fantastic but their service is amazing too. It was a very busy evening but we got the best of everything from Maria who is the owner of this restaurant."
"We really liked this restaurant! Unassuming from the outside, tucked in a plaza alongside Tamiami Trail, this place was a real find! They have delicious eastern European dishes from Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Georgia, and Armenia. We tried quite a few dishes, and the Chebureki, Lagman, and Borscht were real standouts, but we enjoyed just about everything that we tried. Real cozy and welcoming decor, and the service here was great! Our server Olga was very friendly and attentive. They also had live music on Saturday night, which was a really nice addition to our evening."
"First time dining here and having Uzbek cuisine. The menu reminded us of Turkish food and a mix of Russian influences. The ingredients tasted fresh and seasoned well. We especially liked that there was a lot if vegetable choices. The boiled cabbage was very good! Overall experience was delightful. We liked the Tashkent tea - it was our first time trying it. It has a lemony, floral taste. The mint and lemon reminded us of bergamot and lemon verbena. The highlight of our evening was the honey cake. Just get it. You won't be disappointed."
"Great lamb and side dishes. Try the soups and appetizers! All the food we had were new experiences for us and we loved every single one. Highly recommend! Oh, and don’t forget to end the evening with a satisfying slice of honey cake."
"Great selection of authentic traditional meals. Me and my friends really enjoyed everything we ordered. The freshness and presentation of the food were excellent. The highlight of our meal was Honey Cake and Napoleon. These desserts were so delicious that we took some to go. The whole atmosphere, decor, and service are very pleasant. This place is a must to visit!"
