"I enjoyed the experience of confronting my medical treatments on what I think is neuropathy. What I didn't like is the inability to get a basic receipt back for the payment for services rendered. This has caused me to pay back the fees to my FSA company because repeated attempts to get an itemized bill for services have been ignored. Although I elected to follow my insured coverages, there is no reason why I shouldn't be able to get receipts and information on my appt. with Breakthrough. A note to pay attention to the minor details as you move forward with what looks like a good plan for health. I shouldn't have to call repeatedly to get information/receipts and get no response.
