"If I can give this company a zero I would, do not trust this company, they are scam artists. I bought 2 hat special with an arm band, hats show up smashed and torn, called for a week customer service no answer, left many messages, they say they will respond within 24 hours, 3rd week with no response from customer service. zero response, emailed, zero response, going in my 3rd week trying to contact anyone to resolve, zero response, be aware of these scan artists. Messaged them on Facebook and instagram as well. Hats are being sold for $30 a piece and are worth dollars. Terrible customer service, do not buy from this company. Be away from the scams."

"I placed an order and was sent a tracking number. When there was no movement on the tracking for two weeks I started contacting customer service to find out what was going on. I was given the run around for a week. During week two of the ongoing conversations, I was told they sold out of my hats and to pick a replacement. After I picked my replacement, I was told I couldn’t have them and to chose from styles I never ordered in the first place. The run around continued until I had enough of the incompetency of customer service and just asked for my money back (3 weeks after placing the original order). This company is awful and clearly doesn’t care about making their customers happy. Also you can only talk to customer service via email and text. When I could call, I would get a response back in an email. Do not order from Them, find a similar company and you may have better luck getting your order."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Just wanted people to be aware of their scam. Horrible customer service. They didn’t have what I wanted to start off with and told me days after my order was placed that they couldn’t fill it and I’d have to pick another option. They had my payment for days and were extremely hard to get ahold of to fix the issue. We finally got that squared away and I was sent my package which took longer than expected and when I received the product and tried the hat on it crumbled beneath my fingers with very little pressure. When I contacted them via email they deliberately delay responses up to 10 days so you fall outside their 30 day guarantee. I just had to submit a bbb complaint because they are scamming people. providing a very flimsy product that one just fall apart at the slightest touch and they are almost impossible to get ahold of. They deliberately do not respond to keep your money."

"Placed an order online July 31st for one of their mask deals, received tracking info on August 2nd and all the masks I choose arrived in my mailbox today! The masks are breathable and stretchy; only think I could say is that the top and bottom of the masks aren't hemmed but that doesn't both me."
