"Think twice before becoming a client. My wife purchased a product at the store and she had a terrible idea to have a pink credit card. Because of that, I had to pay 55% more for late fees and finance charges credit. All that because they are completely unorganized. I couldn't make an online payment because I did not have the credit card number so I was told to go to a store and pay in cash and the cashier said she could not take it. So I was told that a new cc was sent to my house and I could make the payment online. So I called them to say I needed to pay the bill and I was told by phone my bill was paid at the store. Next month I receive another bill that I needed to pay. Well, I called them again and I made the payment by phone and the person told me it had worked and weeks later they called saying that the payment did not go through. So I made the payment for the 3rd time. Now I've got another bill charging me for all those late fees. The worst part was I called customer service and I explained what had happened and the guy said something and hung up on me. Advice. Runaway from Victoria's Secret Pink forever!"
"Staff is helpful. Store was kinda filled up with clearance items since it is the Semi annual sale. The person at the checkout helped me order a shirt I wanted that they were out of and I got free shipping which is always a good thing. They seem to be busy organizing the store and staying busy while assisting customers."
