"Dr. Baker is a kind and professional audiologist, who will tell my MIL truth about the severity of her hearing loss. When asked about an additional tabletop microphone to interact with her hearing aids, he was able to share good information, knowing that a new version was available with AI which showed great promise. This helped us make a decision to at least try something to improve her hearing comprehension. HE recommends good equipment, explaining the options, but lets us decide what to purchase. Good hearing is expensive. But it is also priceless."
