"We have traveled extensively since September of 2017, full time. We've been to several RV Parks all over this beautiful country of ours. I am a disabled veteran with serious mobility issues. This particular park may have been the best park yet! I like quiet. I like peaceful and I like clean. This park offers all of that. My wife and I had the awesome opportunity at this park to sit outside in the warm Pensacola nights and stargaze. It was great! If you're tired of pulling into a spot and having to clean up the spot so you can enjoy your morning coffee. This is the park you want! We will return on our next trip through Pensacola! "While traveling south for the winter I passed through Pensacola in order to ride the UWF Trails. I really wanted to park my RV nearby - while checking out the known parks nearby I noticed Camp & Cottage on Google maps, just minutes away from the trails! I called and Susan was able to accommodate me at an electric only site (but with access to water and dump). Her hospitality was terrific. The park while right on a main road is set way back so it is very quiet. The park is very neat and spacious and dog friendly and just 3 minutes from the MTB trails. Bonuses were Ever'man Coop Grocery, the Cafe @ The Wash Room laundry, Bay View Dog Beach, and Craft Bakery - OMG! I'll be back."

"On 02/17/2024 my husband and I were traveling out of the state of FL, anyone who lives here knows (depending where you’re coming from) it can take all day. It was getting dark and we decided to just stop for the night in Pensacola. We chose Camp and Cottage RV Park per the good reviews it showed. Susan the park owner said she didn’t have anymore sites available but she did have a new site with only electrical hookup available and it was on a clear level grassy area. She sent us pictures of the site. We didn’t really need water or sewer hook up since it was just for the night. When we arrived Susan showed us to the site and helped us get backed in. She offered us the ability to fill up our fresh water tank at her home and supply us with an electrical adapter because we are a 30 amp and the site post was a 50 amp. Susan cares about the people who use her RV park and really made us feel welcome. The park was clean and quiet. We will definitely remember to stop through again and we highly recommend this RV park."
