I then called Pro Fitness Sales and Services who promptly asked what kind of problem I was having and scheduled a technician to visit my home to repair the unit. "Excellent customer service! I needed to move 2 treadmills and an elliptical we purchased from a gym to 3 different homes and I’m extremely happy I chose the ProFitness team. I was able to coordinate on the first call. Scott, who I believe is the owner called me back with a quote and the logistics for the move. They were punctual, professional and the communication was great. Kyle, one of the 3 staff members kept me informed throughout the day about time of delivery. The 3 men assembled the machines quickly and Dean the tech, configured all the settings with the wifi. Then, a functional test was performed to ensure that everything was working properly. It was a pleasure doing business with ProFitness and I will use their service for maintenance and repairs, when needed. I paid at time of delivery the exact amount I was quoted, with no additional fees, which is a common practice in the moving business. THANK YOU PROFITNESS FOR A GREAT JOB. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!"
