"Front/billing staff was great/nice and helpful. The hygienist told me I could sit I advised her I usually stand with him she then proceeded to go to another room and have another hygienist come and tell me procedure has changed and it’s a hazard to stand near my special needs son while they do his dental work. Why could the hygienist not just tell me this and have to get someone else? Then when my son acted up she kept telling him I’m gonna have to get your mom. Don’t use me a threat. His hygienist was very unprofessional and I was not happy."
