"My work boots came apart during a business trip, so I needed to buy some more. JC Western Wear is now the only place I’d buy my boots from in store. When I shopped around, I was immediately assisted by a very knowledgeable gentleman, who helped direct me to the perfect fit of a boot. Even after the purchase was made, I had to call and ask for a receipt to be made, and the customer service extended far beyond just the sale. They did not have to go out of there way for me to do that, yet here they are. Absolutely fantastic experience, from start to finish. Please, if you need boots or other apparel, look no further."
