Sue who basically runs the business is very professional and always happy to help. I decided whilst I was there to also get a piercing done by Lori and I was super impressed with the job done. “Needed to get my car key battery replaced as the battery had died. My original car key was missing an internal piece so needed a whole new key. The new key wouldn't work for the remote central locking feature so I went back a week later, Dave (I hope that's his name!) took my key down to my car and had it working in less than 5 minutes. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this store!”
