“My first experience of this superb Indian Supermarket was of real pleasure. I was welcomed very warmly and felt comfortable immediately. I needed to buy a selection of Indian 'snacks' (I'm a Brit) but had no idea about what I should buy. The young man who owns the business guided me with real charm and spent a long time explaining to me what they all were. The shop itself is very well stocked and beautifully presented. I cannot recommend this supermarket enough. I hope all your efforts are well rewarded. I will be back.”

“First time here and my son absolutely loved it, the staff kept the children engaged the whole time, interacting with them in different areas as well as calling them back to the village green every so often for group tasks and activities. We went for a birthday party, the birthday girl found her golden envelope birthday card in the post office, then her birthday present was also hidden in there . Environment was clean and tidy.”

“Absolutely love this place. Fantastic selection of craft beers from all over, with lots of new beers coming through. I filled a basket the first time I went there, spending far more than I meant to just because there was so much I wanted. I haven't had a drink in there yet but the backroom bar looks great too. Highly recommended, and best bottle shop in Coventry by a mile.”

“Bought a power tool from there last week which turned out to be faulty. The customer service was great, they did an exchange with no quibble and tested the new one in the shop to make sure I was happy with it. TBH I spend a lot there and this is the first time I have ever had an issue with anything I have bought from there.”

“Now accepting in store ordering instead of click and collect only but you'll need to take a list of catalogue numbers of items with you to order in store as there are no catalogues out to look through. I used in store ordering so I could use a voucher I'd been sent that could not be used for an online order. Good prices as usual and everything I wanted was in stock.”

“So much choice here! Even some vegan items in the freezer and chiller, Costa Coffee machine, fresh fruit and veg, some Co-op branded items, post office, in the summer plenty of potted shrubs, flowers, bedding plants, hanging baskets etc.”

“It is a very good option for students who don’t need a lot of space. 1) 24/7 reception who is always ready to help you, even if you are drunk and accidentally called for help in a disabled toilet (Happened with me). The staff here is the best thing. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Special thanks for everything to Maria, the best reception worker! She was very attentive and created a cosy atmosphere in the building. 2) Communal areas are very clean, everything works perfectly. Gym, special room with PlayStation (I was using it for karaoke), area with billiards and other games, cinema room, special room with kitchen and music system (I was using it for parties). Also, plenty of space just to sit and study in different locations. 3) I had a basic en-suite on the 17th floor. The room had everything I needed but not very spacious. In the summer time, it is really hot there and you can’t open the window fully. I was suffering a lot, but you can always come downstairs (24/7 A/C). 4) The kitchen is big, it was enough space. Everyone has to be careful with flatmates because they can be not very hygienic. But as I know, reception can help you to change room if it is necessary. I would stay there for one more year, but for personal reasons I need more space”

“Use this shop for click and collect. It’s always convenient and the service is always speedy. Most times, I get what I’ve clicked but a few times some things were out of stock. Once, my click and collect didn’t go through for some reason and they were extremely apologetic that this happened.”
