“Made it after a long day of driving and sight seeing. Welcome and seated immediately. Drinks and food were delicious. They had some cool vegetarian options as well which were great! All the greens were super fresh as well. Our server, James, was great and took care of us! He also gave us some great recommendations for things to do. Overall was a delightful experience!”

Boole Basement
“All underground, the Boole Basement is home to 4 lecture theatres, 2 smaller class/tutorial rooms, and 5 different computer rooms. Lecture theatre 1-4 are very large and are constantly in use. They are very popular for events in UCC by the university itself and especially for societies in UCC. There are also different computer rooms which can be great to get away from the library. There are 2 large computer rooms, and 3 smaller computer rooms just past the larger rooms. These rooms can be very busy during study weeks and general exams periods. There are a small few computer desks that are designed to be wheelchair friendly. These computer usually close earlier than the Boole Library by a few hours (depending on the time of year). There are male, female and disabled bathrooms. The basement is located on the heart of main campus next to the Boole Library and in front of the Main Rest. Can be accessed via stairs or elevator. All parts of the Boole Basement are wheelchair friendly.”
Starcamp Summer Camps
“My son and daughter attended Starcamp in Douglas this summer. The camp was just wonderful, and the entire staff were friendly and professional. My children absolutely had great fun and got a welcome confidence boost especially during these Covid times. I cannot recommend the camp enough.”
Brief Encounters
“I almost didn't go here because of the mixed reviews. I decided to take a chance and went anyway. I was more than pleasantly surprised that the negative reviews were obviously from customers who had been barred for whatever reason. The place is great, its clean, warm and friendly. I wish I had found it sooner. The negative reviews are just pure nonsense. Some guy complaining about €15 entrance fee, wake up and smell the roses fella. This is 2022. €15 for 10 hours of entertainment in clean, safe surroundings is a bargain. This was my first visit but certainly not my last.”
