I booked a wheelchair taxi for my brother in-law (in a wheelchair) & mother in-law to go from Kilcorney to go to Cork hospital for an appointment. I booked it with Mallow but the taxi & driver came up from Cork. My mother in-law got a text with a tracker of where the taxi was and the arrival time, what as accurate. On the journey down to Cork they had to keep stopping because of my bother in-law and the taxi driver was a real professional helping them on the journey & it wouldn't of been a great journey for the driver. They got to the appointment well within time, even with all the stopping. My mother in-law was very happy with the service, the only bad thing for her was that he was admitted to hospital. I would recommend this company with what my mother in-law told me about the journey & with the professionalism of the driver.”
