Cobh Golf Club(Club Gailf an Chóbh)
● Closed“Came here yesterday after scouting around for places in cork for a good game of golf and was blown away. Wonderful views, fantastic greens and some beautiful holes. 5 par 3's and 5 par 5's make it a balanced course and it's great if you want to shoot well. Greens hold the balls well and the putting surface stays true and challenging. It was so good we came back a second day, got rained on on the 6th hole and came into the fabulous clubhouse for a cup of coffee. Will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone travelling to cork.”

Cobh Coaches
● Closed“John with Cobh Coaches was an amazing driver and life saver really, getting us to a wedding. We missed a shuttle and needed to get 7 people to the Vienna hotel and he got us there and picked us up. We loved him so much, we booked him to drive us to Blarney Stone the following day. He was full of knowledge along the way, telling us about the city and local attractions. Definitely book this service for your driving needs in the cobh area! Thanks again, John!”

Cobh Holiday Home
● Open“I had the most enjoyable and comfortable stay at Cobh Holiday Home for more than 2 weeks. The unit is ideally located in front of the harbor – far away from the noise of the town center but a convenient stroll to bistros, pubs, restaurants, shops, a couple of grocery stores, etc. The local train station is a 10 min. walk - hop in and you will be in Cork City within 23 min. The ornate, neo-gothic, St. Colman Cathedral on top of a hill is walkable. The house is well laid out and furnished with all amenities from big screen TV to washer/dryer. The vista from the bay window is spectacular with unobstructed view of the waters and Spike Island. Never a day goes by without an Irish navy boat, cruise ship, or barge, sailing through within waving distance. The maritime pilot boats are kept busy navigating vessels in and out of the harbor. It’s an amazing sight to watch and a perfect way to just chill out. The host was great and accommodating. He is sensitive to the fact that I am a senior traveling solo. He graciously offered a complimentary pick up upon arrival and departure from/to local train station. He was also kind enough to give me a thorough orientation to familiarize me with the town’s layout. It eased the stress out of being a first timer in Ireland. This is definitely a place I would stay again, a kind of host I want to deal with, and a picturesque town I will not hesitate to visit a 2nd time around. I had a memorable vacation. Thanks to the lovely town of Cobh and the friendly locals.”

Our accommodations at Knockeven were superb-spacial bedroom, with en suite, delicious breakfast with homemade bread and scones, fresh fruit, bacon and the most delicious scrambled eggs. Pam shared her wealth of knowledge as to places to visit as well as to eat. She was a fount of valuable information. As you can imagine, we so enjoyed our stay with Pam at Knockeven House in Cobh!”
