“Firstly let me say that Eimear, the therapist I use is fantastic. She’s a perfectionist which means that when she gets “dug in” to anything whether it’s toe nails, eyebrows or waxing… she is not happy until you are! Recently I was going to a wedding abroad so decided to get lash extensions. I was very nervous because I don’t like false over dramatic looking eye lashes. Eimear suggested Novalash so I went ahead and got them. I was very very happy with the result. Eimear shaped them in a way that opened up my eyes, literally! I was very pleasantly surprised with the difference they made. I followed her easy upkeep instructions and today, three weeks later, I still have good lashes. They are not as good as they were but are still very presentable. Great not having to bother with mascara or even eye shadow and still look made up. I’ve been going to The Bay Spa since it opened and I have only good things to say about the services, the location, the products and the staff. Eimear is a particular favourite but isn’t my only choice of therapist there and finally I would definitely recommend Novalash extensions especially if, like myself, you’re a little more “mature” and see that hooded look around your eyes that make your eyes look smaller.”

The owner had to deal with an irate person that walked into their shop, he did so very respectfully despite that person being extremely racist. If you need a haircut or a shave , these guys are fantastic !”
