“Outstanding and worth the wait! We had an awesome dinner here on a Monday in September and should have made a reservation. They are that good and that busy. The rack of lamb was perfectly prepared and arguably the best lamb I've ever had. The owner and his staff genuinely cared how we liked our dinner and the service could not have been better. “Neil, Kate, Hughie and the gang are lovely. Good selection of products in the shop and all the staff are really welcoming and friendly. They do pizza nights in the restaurant at times, so if you're fortunate enough to be on the island during pizza night, definitely get one! One of the nicest anchovy pizzas I've ever had, brilliant thin base crust which is handmade in the restaurant and the tomato sauce base is 2nd to none. Highly recommend!”

“Murphys Bar & Restaurant was an enjoyable, laid-back atmosphere. Sports games on TV and a full bar. The Irish Stew was a good choice and very filling. My wife also enjoyed the lasagna. This would not be my first choice if I were spending only 1 night in Killarney, but I would definitely consider returning.”

“Just after arriving in Dingle for the new Years weekend - we strolled around the picturesque town and came across this tucked away delightful restaurant. We were walk in’s , but try making a reservation on seasonal events . The lady seemed like an owner was super pleasant and accommodated us (before the dinner rush times) we were seated in the high - booth which was cozy and very clean. Our server was very pleasant and checked in to see if we needed anything … the food arrived which was very hot (heat) and extremely tasty. The place was bustling with families which made it even more enjoyable.”

Absolutely one of the best places in cahersiveen for food, ( had steak Absolutely 5 ☆perfect ,and chowder.. .with gluten free bread!) “Amazing food - we had the fish platter to share and the chowder starter. Both absolutely delicious. (We didn’t need the chowder as the platter was plenty for two!) Sat outside with the dog in the sheltered area. I don’t normally take photos of my food but this was so delicious! Great service too and I liked that the bar was still traditional and not done up to be trendy.”

“Fantastic friendly accommodating service with amazing steak with amazing beetroot foam that I was able to get extra of. Cocktails are a recent but very welcome addition to menu and much enjoyed. And that salted caramel and peanut butter tart. Wow, just a perfect way to end a meal. Recommended and hope to return on next visit to the kingdom.”

“This restaurant is a little gem both for food and atmosphere first of we we're running late so we had to push our Reservation forward by 1 hour and thay we're very accommodating when we sat down the Waitress brought us lovely bread and crisps. Thay have a lovely wine selection and the food was fantastic the service was second to none and we felt very welcome not rushed at all”
