“Popped in on a Sunday night. The dining area was clean and the kitchen looked spotless. There was a chap eating chips but I had a serious need for some Chinese food so ordered the beef fried rice. No regrets whatsoever – the chef is from Hong Kong and served up an enormous plate of fragrant, authentic chow fan made with jasmine rice. The portion size was about twice what I usually eat but the owner’s wife told me to take my time eating and enjoy the food. The calls for takeaway kept coming in and I can see why. Delicious to the last grain”
