“The Escape room was amazing and a fun challenge. This was our first escape room and completed the Black Valley room in a surprisingly good time. The staff was very friendly, helpful and explained everything in clear detail.”

“The hotel itself was beautiful, in the middle of the town, close to the cinema, shoos etc. Parking however was very limited do had to park in a near-by carpark which made it difficult with bags , pram and all that goes with baby. Overall however, it wad a very comfortable, friendly and relaxed experience”

“This beautiful hotel has become one of my go-to places when visiting Killarney. Whether for lunch, early dining or evening live entertainment, the decor, family friendly welcome and atmosphere set the scene for a time out break in a very relaxing classically enduring setting that takes you back to a time when the pace of life was slower allowing more time to take in and appreciate the timeless environment. The food has been great quality with the key being a non extensive menu of consistently well presented and tasteful gastronomic dishes. The lounge atmosphere sets the pace of relaxation while the tireless multitasking staff fulfill orders and requests with swift service and capacity for the most discerning customers in mind. Families with children are felt welcome and well accommodated for by the provision of a supervised playroom showing movies for kids and with arts and crafts and play. Follow the hotel lobby to the right and you'll find Browne's bar, serving a great selection of renowned whiskies and local beer. I was fortunate to experience live entertainment at Browne's where even kids danced, much to the amusement of patrons. The grounds are beautifully kept to maintain its timeless Georgian air with weddings a frequent testimony to capture that special day. And what would accompany such a elegant establishment but a fine health spa. Looking forward to my next recharge.”

“Apr 2023 Had the pleasure of staying in the Hights hotel in April. We upgraded to one of the new premium rooms, and were not disappointed. Fridge, tea coffee facilities in room. Walkin shower. We only had B&B, a big shout out to Leen in the restaurant. Every morning, she had our well-done Bacon ready after our first day. (it's the little things that make the difference) All the restaurant staff were lovely and helpful over our 4 days. Yes, I would recommend and would stay again. Note there are two types of rooms, premium (just renovated) and standard. Read less”

“We went into the reclining screen it was so nice. It is a big screen but seats next to you are blocked. Staff are very nice. Don't forget to get your free ticket for parking in the cinema it is good for 3 hours. Mcdonald across the road.”

“Best pennies by far in munster. Not overly busy, not queuing for ages to pay. You'd actually walk around and look at everything rather than rush. Everything is where it should be on the right rails. The only pennies in munster I go to, as the others are always crazy busy and you just want to leave as soon as you go in.”

“This was a truly a great place to stay, its not far from town centre. The rooms were spotless, amd very comfortable. We had breakfast and evening meal, breakfast was so nice i had full English but there is plenty of other choices fruit, cereals, jams and pan cakes. In the evening you could have a 3 course meal, i have to say everything i had tasted so good. The staff there were friendly and helpful, they were all nice. I can definitely say i will be re visiting this place again.”
