I have never been able to taste so many different chocolates as I have here for free as samples. The woman who helped us was very nice and not at all pushy to get us to buy anything. It was fun to see everything being made in the factory and of course it smelled heavenly. I would gladly go back.”

“Wow. We stumbled on this place and are so glad we did. Terrific ambiance, sincere staff, and exemplary meals. One of us had the hake dinner, one the vegan lentil cakes. Both were divine! We were satisfied but succumbed to the dessert menu regardless. ☺️ The vegan chocolate cake was a real treat. The room was so cozy and pretty with tasteful holiday lights that we could have sat there for hours.”

“Had a lovely dinner our first night in Cork. Restaurant has about 8 tables so a nice intimate feel. Waitstaff was very sweet. Fun menu with some cool choices; started with Dumplings (pirogies) and pate which were delicious, then had a burger and duck. Got sticky toffee pudding for dessert (had it take away). The dessert choices were almost as many as the food menu. Good wine and beer list. A very fun place tucked away off the main walk way.”

“I really enjoyed the scrambled egg and chorizo dish, followed by the chocolate brownie (perfectly sized, intense flavour, with bites of chocolate inside) and delicious decaf coffee last Friday. A real and rare treat for a fastidious pregnant lady. It was the nicest decaf coffee I've ever hard. Yes you could tell it didn't have the caffeine, but the flavours weren't compromised at all. Thank you for having such a high standard.”

“Had a lovely lunch with a friend recently hadn't been for a while due to an issue in 2019 but credit where due I was delighted with my visit. Lovely food, friendly staff, clean and cosy. Just one point my lunch was served on a slate I would have preferred a plate as pesto dripped but I saw it on time. We don't need to get clothes stained.”

A great menu and really good food, well prepared and served with passion. Reservations are taken and it does get busy.
