Pool, kidzone, playground, kiddies disco, fantastic breakfast lunch dinner menus, excellent rooms, friendly staff... the kids loved everything about the place and we did too. I couldn't fault them even if I wanted to, highly recommended.”

I have tried out many slings from the library and the selection is brilliant. I have also undertake both baby massage and baby yoga classes with Angela, they have been simply amazing. Each class is undertaken in a calm relaxed environment which gets baby and moms in the mood for the class ahead. Each movement is explained in a clear manner. The cup of tea and a chat at the end is just as important as the class itself! I would recommend Angela with a heart and a half!”

“We just spent a week at Dunowen with extended family, 13 of us ages 2 to 80! It was an 80th birthday celebration and Dunowen was the perfect place. For our celebration meal Kela cooked and it was delicious. The living spaces in the house are ample and it meant we were all comfortable, whether we needed to nap or watch cartoons or play cards. The kitchen is well equipped, and Kela lives next door and was happy to pop a cake tin down for us. There’s loads to do for all ages around Clonakilty and the beach near Dunowen is charming. Highly recommended for large family groups or groups of friends.”

“We stayed in the barn at grove house on a Monday and Tuesda in late November. This place is amazing. The Private outdoor hot tub is a fantastic addition to this perfect building. Despite the cooler temperatures we made great use of it, and if the weather had gotten in the way, the double Jacuzzi bath would have made a great substitute. We are already looking at dates for a return trip here. I highly recommend this little peice of heaven in west cork.”
