Charter Oak Apartments Community Center is a vibrant residential community located at 916 Tower Court Road in Mansfield, Connecticut. The community consists of four apartments per floor, with a variety of living options including four bedroom/four person, two bedroom/four person, and two bedroom/two person apartments. Each individual apartment is single sex, providing a comfortable living environment for residents. Residents of Charter Oak Apartments have access to internet connectivity and do not need to purchase a meal plan. While custodial services are not provided for individual apartments, the common areas such as hallways and stairwells are regularly cleaned. Residential Life staff, including 12 Resident Assistants and 1 Residence Hall Director, are available on site to assist students as needed.
