Suncatchers is a unique institution located at 181 Ledge Hill Road in Guilford, Connecticut, United States. Founded over three decades ago by Kathy Scott, Suncatchers offers more than just 'day care'. With a focus on fun, friendship, hands-on learning, practical life skills, personal development, and enriching activities, Suncatchers caters to the needs of working parents and their children. Currently serving approximately 250 kids from kindergarten to fourth grade, Suncatchers operates a privately run before-and-after school program at Melissa Jones School in Guilford. The program includes a variety of activities such as cooking, sewing, arts & crafts, sports, and free play time, all in a safe and nurturing environment. Nutritious snacks are provided to keep the kids energized.
