It seemed expensive at first, however the quality of the workmanship and very pleasant experience was well worth it. "I have had nothing by amazing experiences here. I buy most of my designer bags 2nd hand since they are significantly discounted BUT that means no complimentary repairs. This Hermes Evelyn strap clip broke and I was able to find clips that matched pretty well to the originals. Marco was able to take off the original clips on both sides and replace them with the $11 Amazon clips. He did an amazing job per usual. I dropped off on a Wednesday and the strap was ready by Monday. Price is always fair and I love contributing to local small business. I am def a customer for life "
