"I've been fortunate to have had the opportunity of visiting many different Lego stores around the world. They may all have the same products with a similar store layout & aesthetic, but I can unequivocally say not all Lego stores are the same! What ultimately makes the difference are the people. This was my first time ever at the Westfarms Mall location and the staff here were amazing! Not only were they very knowledgeable about Lego but they go above and beyond to help the customer. They foster a genuine sense of community that makes you feel welcomed the minute you walk in. It takes a special kind of place to make you feel like a friend instead of just a "customer". I have been a fan of Lego for many years and will continue to be very loyal for years to come and that is in no short part because of Lego employees like the staff at Westfarms Mall!"
