"I chose to stay here because of the hot tub. The room I stayed in the hot tub was broke. I did get a room change, and the staff were super friendly. I’ll definitely stay again after the remodel."

"I’d like to start off with goodmorning but the experience me and my girlfriend had at this hotel was a nightmare only reason we stayed was becuz we had to much to drink and drive but let me tell you all something we walked in were clerk was to start our process for our room and it smelled bad and looked so dirty used and abused the indoor fish pond was cleaner then our room we got all done ready to go to our room walk in to our room beds we’re not made … mattresses were brown and yellow stained …. Smelled soooo bad in the room … let alone toilet did not work did not work … sink was full of mold around nozzle …. Shower was dirty … please please please do not stay at this hotel or let your kids or family experience this … I’m not one to bash or give back bad reviews …. Place should be shut down respectfully ….good day all god bless"

"I never stayed at this hotel but someone using my card did. When I called to ask if they had the info on who was using it the clerk was great about giving me the info and advised I call local PD. I called back and the manager wanted to argue with me stating they called me to verify the transaction. When I informed him that was incorrect he wanted to argue with me. After that the officer called me and they are finally giving me a refund. Truly unprofessional response from a manager. Thanks to this I will never stay here nor would I recommend anyone else."

"Updating my review from three years ago… Since my family decided to book this hotel again despite us having issues the last time. Updating my review since hotel management responded and wanted to add another issue. Let’s begin with some good things about the hotel… And there are only a few. Beds are comfy enough, they get the job done for the night. Water pressure is good and I like taking showers here. We had an issue with the keys the last time always not working but this time we haven’t had any issues yet and I’m happy about that. Now let’s move onto the bad parts… and there’s A LOT of them. Furniture is extremely outdated still despite us being in 2023. Upon walking into the lobby when we first arrived, it smelled strongly like weed. We caught one of the first front desk agents, we don’t know their name because nobody wears name tags here, they were smoking weed outside. We knew it wasn’t cigarettes because it smelled strongly like weed coming from the bench they were sitting on. Everyone who’s staying at the hotel seems like potheads too. Caught a few guests with bongs. Hallways consistently smell like weed. It seems like they don’t care here because I think it’s a smoking friendly hotel. First room smelled like weed. Had to switch rooms because of a locking issue, the locking mechanism of the door was broken and the second room had the same issue but I told my mother the deadbolt should be fine and she’s fine now. You have to ask for housekeeping service here or they don’t even touch your room. Front desk agent said we can’t ask again for housekeeping service until three days from when we asked which was last night. Three days would be the end of our stay. Luckily we got new towels and more toilet paper when we asked for service so we’re ok for now but jeez. Imagine people staying here longer. Front desk staff can’t give more than one towel per room despite us being two people in the room. Had to get towels from my family we’re here to visit. Front desk staff isn’t nice at all, not welcoming at all. Renovation signs are everywhere despite no work being done. Apparently this hotel is being turned into an entirely different hotel but I doubt that will happen anytime soon since there is no construction at all being done. Elevators are scary as the doors don’t open all the way and very creaky and loud. I prefer to take the stairs because of this if I’m going by myself up and downstairs. You can hear doors slamming, people talking outside your room and next door, you can hear all kinds of things at night and during early morning. Walls are paper thin. Overall not a good hotel and I highly don’t recommend. There has been a couple staying next to us for the entire length of this stay that has been the most obnoxious neighbors we have ever had. Woman is constantly screaming at her significant other or whoever is in there with her to get out of the room because she blows up so easily on him for whatever reason this may be. Breakfast time is usually when this happens, 6-9am the fight continues. From working at hotels previously I know the front desk agent won’t do anything about it so we haven’t reported it. Kids are constantly crying with this woman because of how much she screams at them. Hotel LOVES to put you in a room with a connecting door so of course this amplifies everything. If we weren’t in a room with a connecting door then I’m sure it’d be a lot better sound wise. But nope we moved rooms twice because of a locking issue and both rooms had connecting doors to the other room beside us. It’s like all of these rooms are connecting rooms. Not only does this amplify sound but this also made us nervous the entire stay because we were afraid of someone trying to get into our room that way. Hotel management replied and said they’d verify the issues with the front desk staff and whatnot but the hotel staff is oblivious to the obvious issues going on within the establishment. They’re too busy hiding in the back at all hours or they’re in the parking lot smoking weed or cigarettes."

"The location is fine, but the hotel leaves much to be desired. lobby is dirty and gross. We got to our room and it was not clean, no towels, uneven floor, damp carpet. There is signs everywhere that they are "renovating" but no sign of work being done. I asked for clean towels and they said they had none. Thankfully my son was able to bring some to us. Vending machines are completely empty, can't even buy water. One of the worst hotels I've stayed in."
