"I recently moved into Ribbon Mill Apartments and am happy to share my positive experience. My apartment hunt ended here, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and helpful staff, particularly Samantha, who was informative and caring right from my first call. The apartments themselves are great, with large windows and high ceilings that flood the rooms with natural light, perfect for enjoying sunsets or sunrises. As someone who works from home and lives an active lifestyle, the fitness center and pool are fantastic amenities to have to keep that balance. Maintenance service is prompt and friendly; Max, in particular, was attentive to even minor issues like a squeaky door upon moving in. Even making sure to ask how everything is going when passing in the lobby. The community here is quiet and friendly, often engaging in pleasant conversations when we see one another. Located just minutes from Main Street Manchester and a short drive to Buckland Hills, Evergreen Walk, and other surrounding towns/cities, Ribbon Mill offers easy access to shopping and great food. This convenience, coupled with the excellent living conditions and community vibe, makes Ribbon Mill a place I highly recommend for anyone looking to join a welcoming and comfortable community."

"My husband and I lived here for three years. We loved it the first year and a half, until an unbearable building/noise problem rendered our bedroom unusable for its intended purpose—i.e. sleep—due to the excessive noise created by a combination of an old creaky building and upstairs neighbors. It was so disruptive at all hours of the day/night that earplugs & headphones were useless. We finally had enough and had to move our bed into the living room and close the bedroom door every night just for a semi-peaceful nights sleep. Our bed stayed in our living room for over a year. We were incredibly limited by this and sadly unable to have friends and family over for visits. We were paying for a one bedroom but it might as well been a studio apartment. Management (at all levels) was aware of our on-going issue and my husband and I attempted to fix our situation multiple times with many different alternatives. Management from the very top down handled the entirety of the situation with overwhelming negligence, obscenely poor communication, and severe lack of empathy. Maintenance is the only positive aspect I can recall. If you don’t mind the thin walls & careless management, then this most definitely is the place for you."

"This is one of the best apartments in the area. I consider myself lucky to be a tenent in this apartment. I was looking for an apartment close to my new office and happen to walk into the right place. The building is smaller than other Mills, therefore, the environment is much better. Particularly, manager Patti is so nice and treat her tenants as family members. She is very professional, attaining and accommodating. Super Jared is also very nice and made the moving in condition much better than I expected. By the way, heating and hot water are included in the rent, this is a big deal during Connecticut wintertime! Highly recommended, and this is a best place with best value!"

"I currently live in ribbon mill apartments. The pool and all amenities are great. Patti and the team really keeps up with maintaining the grounds and cleaning communal spaces. Any time there is any snow/ice in the forecast, they do a phenomenal job of salting and preparing for the snow. The parking lots are always cleared in a timely manner. any questions or concerns that i have patti is always there to help. The neighbors are also very nice and polite and make it such a wonderful place to live. Living in this apartment is great :)"
