I've seen them bully customers while providing service and at the register, and refuse sales without entering a CVS card, all at the top of their lungs. I witness all of this in the 30 seconds it takes for me to use self-checkout. It must be going on all day. Surely CVS has an awareness and some trainings to help this person be more pleasant?"
