"This is a post one week review. I came with brown balayge hair that I wanted add more caramel balayge lights I provided example mg goal. My hair was in good condition and look healthiest! Stylist came took long time out highlights way up. Left on long hair got fried. They try cover it up with Olaplex but unfortunately I faced SIGNIFICANT HAIR damage! This is uncalled for! If colorsit does not have skills do proper color they should not be working as colorsit. I have live with this until I cut it short or have redone in future I i urge the store manager take my post serious and educate or retrain your staff from giving false expectations. This is not fair what happened to me and not excusable! f you are reading this review look elsewhere for color service ! !"

"Just realized I can’t post a follow up review on the same account like Yelp does so I’m doing this on my university account haha but I went into the salon again yesterday! Izzy did such a good job on my retouching my highlights and toning it ashier and was super accommodating, as well as trying to maintain the integrity of my super damaged hair lol. I would definitely recommend him! I also saw Sureka working that day as well and I’m happy she still recognized me :) would still recommend her as well, I don't think you can go wrong with anyone as all the stylists at this location seem pretty talented! It’s reasonably priced and so much cheaper than the Boston area where I attend school at, which is easily twice the price for the same service before tip.
