"Went to have watch battery replaced there. Customer service is horrible unless your Hispanic and one of my watches stopped working a day after I received it back. I don’t even think they replaced the battery. I usually would go back to have them fix it, but I’m not dealing with that poor customer service again. They’ll never get my money again."
"The lady who answered the phone was incredibly polite. When I got there they greeted me with a smile and were quick to help me. The Jamaican guy who replaced the battery on my watch was super friendly and made nice conversation while he was working on my watch. He was quick but careful and the price was really great. I would absolutely recommend this place. Great customer service and great pricing"
