I went there for a short layered haircut and a strawberry blonde balayage, and I ended up leaving with choppy layers and PLATINUM BLONDE TERRIBLY DONE HIGHLIGHTS. they were actual 1 inch strips of color! awful, would not recommend. currently finding elsewhere to fix this terrible job."
