"You always expect the worst when you bring your car into a repair facility for he first time, I was waiting for that up sell call anxiously. The phone rings after the diagnosis, “which happened very soon after we dropped it off” Bill actually talked me out of a brake job that I had requested because it was not needed! Amazing!!! He also explained that the other front end repairs he had found that was needed and gave me options and recommended a minimal repair that would give me everything I would need, very nice! And unexpected. I still cannot believe I was back on the road that day! And confident that everything was handled well And at a very reasonable cost. I feel good now that I have a great repair shop close by to handle the things I cannot and won’t worry about getting Over-sold extras that I really didn’t need, the truth is what’s important and sold me and convinced me that I would not hesitate to call them the next time I need work done.
